While the transactional storage market near #seaports remains largely depressed compared to #covid demand, we continue to see accretive growth in the Savannah market. Amidst the 160 acres of vacant #IOS within the Savannah port complex, there remains strong underlying fundamentals that point towards strong medium-term growth that will propel Savannah to be the primary #EastCoast #gateway for #tradeflows. So while utilization and demand for daily/monthly storage, may remain compressed in the near-term, the players that will win the most marketshare for net new trade volumes will strategically absorb Class A IOS in preparation for the accelerated growth environment that is to come.
