From temp jobs to a thriving career — Marc’s journey is nothing short of inspiring! ?? With a dream of building a better future for himself and his son, he took a leap and enrolled in the Valencia College Residential Maintenance Technician program. After graduating, Entryway CFL helped him find the perfect opportunity with Bridge Property Management, where his hard work and dedication paid off. After moving into Maggie’s Place, a shelter for pregnant and mothering women, participant Megan completed the Entryway program in 90 days — including 40 hours of online training, earning certifications in fair housing and sales through Grace Hill, and completing Uplevel Leasing with Savvy Leasing. After her daughter turned 9 months old, Megan began aggressively applying for leasing roles, eventually landing a position as a Leasing Agent for Avenue5 Residential! Thanks to the support from Entryway Arizona and furnishings provided by CORT, Megan and her daughter now have a beautiful, fully furnished home. They are also deeply grateful to NexMetro Communities for supporting her family to start this new chapter of their lives with stability and hope. #multifamily #successstories #communitypartners
