We create connection and belonging for entrepreneurs everywhere so that together, we can become even more.
关于我们
Entrepreneurs shape the future, sparking innovation, creating jobs, empowering dreams. We believe in challenging the status quo and finding solutions, one business at a time. While that journey can bring influence, recognition, and personal reward, it can also be arduous and lonely. Mindful of the unique pressures and isolation experienced along many an entrepreneur’s path, in 1987, a group of young pioneers designed a solution: a membership community dedicated exclusively by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs who have a proven record of success. Soon, that collective grew from a few hundred to many thousands, evolving into the Entrepreneurs’ Organization (EO). Today, EO welcomes entrepreneurs everywhere, connecting 18,000 of the world’s leading entrepreneurs from every sector, generation, culture, and walk of life across 80+ countries worldwide. We create belonging, forge connections, exchange diverse perspectives, and share extraordinary experiences, all year long. What makes our community special? In a word: connection. With EO, we go beyond the business to the whole entrepreneur, gaining insights that we pass on to our families and work teams. We recognize the interconnectedness of our success and learn to balance individual achievements with collective impacts. By gathering locally and connecting globally – in chapters, in regions, as one borderless community – we experience a 360-degree entrepreneurial journey that unlocks more of our full potential. As members of EO’s local and global communities, we belong, so we can become even more. Join EO and engage in a diverse collective that is always learning, always growing, and thinking big while being bold. Together, we will move the world forward.

Change can be scary, but it's a way of life for entrepreneurs. Identifying a way to process change is the key. "My gut was telling me this change was risky. Instead of ignoring that instinct, I needled into my fear, and I discovered that I was afraid that no one else would care for my brand in the same way that I had," explained Madeleine Niebauer, EO Chicago member and founder of vChief, who uses a simplified version of?the Change Curve to navigate change successfully.? Wondering how the Change Curve can also benefit your company? Read it on our blog: https://lnkd.in/eEb3V96F #EO #EOBlog #ThinkBigBeBold #Entrepreneurship #ChangeCurve

The events industry is synonymous with glitz and glamor — and also waste. EO Los Angeles member?Jordan Kaye decided to change that when he started?Analog Events?8+ years ago. "I set out to challenge the norms of the event industry, transforming a simple idea into a force for change," he said.?"The decision to pursue B Corp certification was a turning point.?Realizing the gap between where we were and where we needed to be was daunting. However, it also provided a clear roadmap for improvement. We engaged our team in brainstorming sessions, fostering a culture of transparency and collective responsibility. The commitment to sustainability had to be ingrained at every level of our organization." In Entrepreneurs’ Organization, diversity goes beyond numbers—it is about the stories, people, and perspectives that propel our businesses and support our communities. We are multinational, multicultural, multigenerational, and we lead businesses in nearly every industry imaginable.? That kind of diversity – of thought, perspective, expertise, and ability – is quite simply put, our superpower. It makes us stronger. Smarter. Better able to adapt, collaborate, and spot opportunities for innovation. For entrepreneurs, embracing diversity is just good business. Do you agree? Swipe to see the faces of our diverse and beautiful network of members, and if you are inspired, share a word or emoji that speaks to how you feel about the value of diversity in business. #EO #GlobalDiversityAwarenessMonth

Coming from the Entrepreneurs' Organization Global Staff Week (GSW) in Mexico City fireside chat with Deborah Rainey. Why is getting clarity on the problem to solve so important? It's critical that we know what lane we're in and what lane others have. There's nothing worse than redundant work! Why would you ever want to spend 40 hours working on a project that no one cares about? Get clarity on the problem to solve.
