We’re closing out a busy and rewarding week for the Talent team at EnterpriseKC! The week kicked off with a classroom visit to Spring Hill High School, where we had the opportunity to introduce students to the world of cybersecurity. We shared insights into career pathways, industry demand, and the skills needed to thrive in this fast-growing field. On Thursday, we connected with Jobs for America's Graduates - Kansas students at their Career Development Conference. It was an inspiring event focused on preparing students for their future careers. A special shoutout to Olivia Armstrong, who served as a judge, helping students showcase their talents and skills in a professional setting. We wrapped up the week at the 20/20 Leadership Launch Lab, where Olivia Armstrong, Maia Lewis, and Irene Courey led an engaging workshop, Branding Your Future: Personal Branding and Networking. This session provided students with practical strategies to develop their personal brand, build meaningful connections, and confidently navigate their career journeys. It’s always incredible to meet the next generation of talent and spark interest in cybersecurity and professional development.
