  • Navigating Change in Healthcare: A Focus on SDOH Change is never easy. It’s uncomfortable, it’s challenging, and letting go of legacy systems is especially hard when tenured leaders and teams hold tight. But when it comes to Social Determinants of Health (SDOH), change is not just necessary—it’s inevitable. Here are two thoughts as we work with clients on this critical issue: 1?? SDOH transcends administrations. Regardless of the current or future presidential administration, SDOH must remain central to healthcare for the good of humanity.
