Regulations on PFAS, or "forever chemicals," have already seen far-ranging effects, impacting facilities from textile manufacturers to water municipalities. The EPA's National Primary Drinking Water Regulation will require public water systems to monitor for #PFAS and maintain safe contaminant levels by 2029. Fortunately, the technology for PFAS detection and remediation is already operational. In fact, Tetra Tech designed a first-of-its-kind ion exchange treatment plant for the Yorba Linda Water District.
