Rhone Energies has officially completed the acquisition of the Fos-sur-Mer refinery, marking a pivotal step in their mission to operate energy infrastructure and to ensure the energy supply of the regions where they operate. Entara played a key role in supporting this acquisition, showcasing our commitment to facilitating transformative deals in the energy industry. We are pleased to announce our consortium, Rh?ne Energies, formed between Entara and Trafigura, have reached a important milestone in the acquisition process of the Fos-sur-Mer refinery and the Toulouse and Villette-de-Vienne terminals from Esso. All parties have now signed a sales agreement following the completion of the information and consultation procedure with employee representative bodies. This is a key step towards the transfer of ownership of the site which remains subject to the required regulatory approvals.
