EDENS purpose is to enrich community through human engagement. We are the owner, developer and steward of a nationally leading portfolio of more than 100 open-air retail and mixed-use places in high-growth markets coast to coast. We design our places to achieve 3.5 trips per week and 5 hours of dwell time, reaching over 15 million people daily. We know that when people come together, they feel a part of something bigger than themselves and prosperity follows – economically, socially, culturally and soulfully. Our work is bigger than real estate. We are in the business of humanity.

    Diving into this year with a reflection on one of my favorite projects of 2024. We painted this full-building mural for Faherty Brand this past fall, and I couldn't be more pleased with the result! A project like this is a dream for someone like myself: someone who naively, stumbled into a self employed career in the commercial arts ~10 years ago when I moved to Denver with no money, no job, no home, and no plan. Over these 10 years, I have been continually reminded of the power of collaboration and support from a curated team. And, this project was a perfect example of that. It is because of amazing collaborators, parters, and friends that projects like this can be a smashing success. So, I wanted to thank: Seamus Carroll who absolutely knocked it outta the park with this fun video breakdown of concept and process. Lindsay Kate Hanz for the intro to Seamus and Drew. Joshua Berendes for the photos. Thank you Faherty team (especially Renée Viola and Ninie) for helping get things across the finish line. Lily Fitzgerald and EDENS team for the beautiful canvas. The entire Faherty mgmt. team at the RiNo location, absolute rockstars helping by opening early and bringing us drinks and snacks. Carly Salzman, my right-hand design P.I.C., Connor Lock and Mckenzie Parrott for paint support. RiNo Art District for the home base to create. Charity Von Guinness for the intro to the brand. Last, and certainly not least: Alex Faherty & MIKE FAHERTY for building a beautiful brand that inspired such a fun mural. And others, I'm sure, that I've unintentionally not mentioned here. TLDR: I'm feeling rather grateful at the start of this year ??
