Dit zorgde niet alleen voor een hoog energieverbruik, maar ook voor onnodige operationele kosten. ?? De oplossing We hebben ons kantoor voorzien van een slim verlichtingssysteem dat automatisch reageert op bezetting en daglicht. Dit betekent: ? Lichten die dimmen of uitgaan als er niemand is. ? Automatische aanpassing aan het natuurlijke daglicht. ? Realtime inzicht in bezetting, verbruik en optimalisatiemogelijkheden. ?? Het resultaat? ?? Bijna 90% energiebesparing op verlichting ten opzichte van ons vorige systeem. ?? Lagere vaste kosten, zoals schoonmaak, doordat we realtime inzicht hebben in gebruikte ruimtes en werkplekken. ?? Een comfortabelere, gezondere werkomgeving voor medewerkers. En het mooiste? Dit is geen rocket science. De technologie is er al, en de investering verdient zich vaak binnen twee jaar terug.
