Congratulations to Bill Fleischman for 20 years of working at ETI! That's a pretty incredible milestone to achieve. Bill is an Electrical Designer at ETI and has been here since 2004. Throughout his 20-year career, Bill has worked on a wide variety of projects, ranging from K-12 schools, churches, office buildings, apartment complexes, and more! Q: What project, past or present, do you feel has had the biggest impact on your career? A: "The Lincoln Children's Zoo Expansion stands out the most. We designed buildings and exhibits that were completely different than anything else I had done before that presented many unique design challenges. The other great thing about that project is that unlike most projects, I have been able to share it with my kids." Q: Thinking back to 2004 when you were originally hired to now, is there anything you can think of that you would've done differently with how you approached your career? A: "I don't believe so. I got a job in the field that I was interested in and ETI has enabled me to grow and advance throughout my career. After 20 years, I'm exactly where I wanted to be."

Design that makes a difference! Engineering Technologies, Inc. proud to be a part of this team. Exciting to help the communities we live and work with grow in a meaningful way.
Yesterday was a beautiful day for a groundbreaking as Family Service Lincoln broke ground on FiftyOne Commons, a transformative mixed-use development in Northeast Lincoln. This project will include eight affordable rowhouse units, a STEAM Activity Center, and a 3,000-square-foot Community Crops garden. The rowhouses will offer two- and three-bedroom options, with 60% of the units reserved for families with immigrant and refugee status. Meanwhile, the STEAM Activity Center will be a hub for innovation and learning, featuring a youth maker space, multimedia studio, computer learning lab, classroom, recreation area, and gymnasium. Adding to the community-focused design, the garden—managed by Community Crops—will provide space and resources for residents and neighbors to grow and harvest culturally specific foods, fostering both sustainability and connection. FiftyOne Commons is the result of collaborative efforts by DeOld Andersen Architecture, who created the master plan, with design support from Clark & Enersen, i.e.Design, TD2, and ETI.

The Millwork Commons area of north downtown Omaha continues to grow with new apartments and commercial property coming to the area. The Dizzy Mule has been a very exciting project for us to work on, especially since it's right across the street from our Omaha office! The Dizzy Mule will consist of commercial space on the main floor, and then studio thru 3-bed units on the floors above. Leasing has already gotten started, and we're thrilled with how it all turned out! Thank you to our partners at Alley Poyner Macchietto Architecture for choosing us to work on this project, and shout-out to Brester Construction Inc, for an incredible job on the construction of the Dizzy Mule!

Team bonding activities are amazing! Last Friday, ETI - Lincoln and ETI - Omaha got together for an all-staff meeting at our Lincoln office, and we had so much fun going Axe Throwing together in downtown Lincoln. Several ETI employees were able to hit the bullseye shot with the axe! It's so nice to be able to step out of the office on a Friday afternoon and enjoy some team bonding activities with both offices together. We love being able to put together a culture of both work and fun!

ETI had such a great time this past weekend at the PINK LADIES OF LINCOLN 8th Annual Charity Golf Scramble at Hidden Valley! This is such an amazing event put on every year for the Pink Ladies of Lincoln, who are a non-profit organization committed to helping those battling a life-threatening illness in Lincoln and the surrounding area. We love being able to support them and everything they do. Can't wait for next year! Until then, check out some of the amazing pictures we were able to capture during the round.

This past weekend we had the honor and privilege of being hole sponsors for the Putt Putt Fore Puppies mini golf tournament put on by the Capital Humane Society. We were very excited to sponsor such an amazing cause, and through the sponsorship we were able to also participate as a team! Thank you to those that were able to make this tournament happen as it was a fun and successful evening. We're proud to say Team ETI placed 2nd at the tournament!
