ETI had such a great time this past weekend at the PINK LADIES OF LINCOLN 8th Annual Charity Golf Scramble at Hidden Valley! This is such an amazing event put on every year for the Pink Ladies of Lincoln, who are a non-profit organization committed to helping those battling a life-threatening illness in Lincoln and the surrounding area. We love being able to support them and everything they do. Can't wait for next year! Until then, check out some of the amazing pictures we were able to capture during the round.

This past weekend we had the honor and privilege of being hole sponsors for the Putt Putt Fore Puppies mini golf tournament put on by the Capital Humane Society. We were very excited to sponsor such an amazing cause, and through the sponsorship we were able to also participate as a team! Thank you to those that were able to make this tournament happen as it was a fun and successful evening. We're proud to say Team ETI placed 2nd at the tournament!

Faith Lutheran Church's new sanctuary addition is nearly wrapped up, and we are amazed with the overall progress done to the place! This was a great project to be a part of, and we couldn't have done it without help from an incredible team. Thank you Sinclair Hille Architects for choosing us to lead the design on the mechanical and electrical systems, and shout-out to Beckenhauer Construction, Inc. for all your hard work and dedication to getting this project completed!

We took a quick trip out to Wayne State College yesterday to check on the progress of a few of our projects. The brand-new, four-story Stearns Hall Student Living dormitory is looking amazing! The building is going to feature 288 beds, public study areas, group and private restrooms, a courtyard, and a large main entry commons and amenity space. We are also working on an addition and renovation to the existing Athletic & Recreation Complex on campus. Thank you to all of our partners who are helping make these projects a huge success!

It's always tough saying goodbye to our valued summer interns, but we're wishing them the best as they finish their schooling and become full-time employees! Thank you for a great summer!
We are sad to bid farewell to our summer interns, Grace, Olivia, and Kate as they return to University of Nebraska-Lincoln for fall semester! This summer they partnered with Engineering Technologies, Inc.'s summer interns on an assessment of buildings on 24th Street, and worked on a variety of projects spanning schools to masterplan work, to healthcare and more. They also participated in community efforts like Aqua Africa and our North Downtown Trash Pick Up, modeled in photo shoots, toured projects, and left us with the most amazing cake ever :)

Trane Account Manager Jeremy Reiter and Derek K from ETI had an insightful and memorable visit to Louisville, Kentucky. They toured the Trane DOAS factory, visited the iconic Louisville Slugger factory, immersed themselves in some local history with an Evan Williams distillery tour, and wrapped up their trip with a visit to?the historic Churchill Downs. A perfect blend of business and local culture!

The project at Lincoln North Star High School is officially all wrapped up! The old pool dehumidification unit was removed with a new unit installed in its place. The Air Handling Unit (AHU) serving the practice gym was replaced with a new water source heat pump, and miscellaneous ductwork, general construction, and electrical trades were involved as well. We're absolutely thrilled with how it all turned out! Thank you to Helm Group for all your fantastic work on this project!
