Engineering Design & Construction is pleased to announce its acquisition by Haley Ward, Inc. Haley Ward is an employee-owned technical consulting firm based in Bangor, Maine, with offices throughout New England and in Florida. The combined expertise of both firms will provide clients with localized services with a team of professionals to support them. EDC will be known as EDC, a Division of Haley Ward during the transition. All EDC officers, partners and employees will remain on board to continue to serve our clients. EDC will continue to serve its clients with the same staff and level of commitment. We are excited about this new chapter and the opportunities that it will present!
