As engineers and landscape architects, we are invited to many special groundbreaking and ribbon cutting ceremonies throughout our careers that mark the beginning of exciting projects for our clients and partners. Today, we are excited to share an extra special ribbon cutting—Engineering Resources is proud to announce our second office location opening in Bluffton, Indiana. The office is located at 360 North Main Street, Suite G, just north of beautiful downtown Bluffton, Indiana. We look forward to the growth this office will bring to our company and the impact it will have on Bluffton and the surrounding communities! Happy National Engineers Week! As part of the festivities to celebrate all things Engineering, two of our engineers, Troy Larkins and Eric Louden, stopped by a local middle school classroom to speak to the students about professions in Civil Engineering and challenged them to a tower building contest! This was done in conjunction with the efforts of ACEC Indiana to visit over 200 classrooms and spread awareness of our great profession and spark engineering interest in the young minds throughout our state! Additionally, on Saturday, Engineering Resources will host and sponsor, along with the PFW-ETCS Outreach program, the high school and middle school popsicle stick bridge building contest. We will be breaking over 100 popsicle stick bridges built by area high school and middle school students. Last year’s winners held over 1,100 lbs with just 200 popsicle sticks and wood glue! #EngineersWeek #NationalEngineersWeek

We had an amazing time celebrating our annual company Christmas party on Friday night at the Parkview Mirro Center! It was another fun night filled with delicious food, exciting games, and great company. A big thank you to the party planners for making it such an enjoyable night for the ERI family and friends!

We had a wonderful experience at the Greenfield District ITT event on 10/29! It was great hearing from the panel of contractors as they discussed INDOT's Q&A process for construction contracts. They shared valuable insights on how they approach INDOT contracts during the letting advertisement process.

Engineering Resources was thrilled to attend the ribbon-cutting ceremony for the highly anticipated $82 million mixed-use development, The Pearl, in downtown Fort Wayne. The seven-story building includes luxury apartments, parking, retail and an event center. Engineering Resources provided Civil and Structural Engineering design services as wall as Landscape Architecture services for the new building and Pearl Street streetscape. Thank you to Surack Enterprises and Design Collaborative for the opportunity to team on this exciting project. #EngineeringResources #thepearlfw
