Join us tomorrow at The Collaborative Learning Lab in Bentonville for a conversation on leadership with Janie Mines, the first Black woman to graduate from the U.S. Naval Academy. She will share her lessons learned in leadership, followed by a conversation with John-Rex Spivey, an officer in the Naval Reserve. Gary Head (CEO, Signature Bank of Arkansas & Banco Sí) will moderate the conversation. Doors open at 8:30 am for coffee and connections. Program begins at 9 am. By attending this event, you will gain practical strategies for building your own leadership abilities and creating inclusive, high-performing teams from this pioneering naval officer's experiences.
