The KPIs published at NCC website appear inconsistent with the complaints about fiber cuts and vandalism to network infrastructure. Our practical KPIs show quality issues that could result from such vandalism. While we are not making any such linkage, we find these KPIs to be bettter-aligned with our live experience using the networks than those published by NCC. Here, we are using KPIs that might be equivalent to those published by NCC for 3G packet data.
