    ?? A Proud Milestone ?? A few years ago, I embarked on a journey to develop my own housemade model for evaluating the performance of #ESP (Electric Submersible Pumps). I never imagined that one day I'd be presenting it to some of the most important oil & gas companies in the United States! ?????? None of this would have been possible without the support of ENERVIEW.AI. At Enerview, we make this possible by plotting three essential points—surface, discharge, and intake—all in one powerful graph. ???? This unique visualization shows how pumps respond at various frequencies, uncovering the true story of downhole flow—often higher than what’s measured at the surface. ?? Why is this groundbreaking? Gas presence changes the game: the flow rate at the pump intake is usually higher than at the discharge because gas takes up valuable space. This creates a “separation” between intake, discharge, and surface flow rates. The closer these points align, the more efficiently the pump operates, minimizing risks like gas lock. In the example graph, we’ve also added sensitivity points at the discharge—a crucial detail that allows us to monitor how small changes in discharge conditions can impact overall pump performance.     ENERVIEW.AI is a BEAST! ?? ?? Check out this beast of a project our team pulled off recently! Through our advanced monitoring and production optimization platform for gas lift wells, we identified and resolved a critical issue that was impacting the efficiency of one of our client's wells. ?? What did we do? Using a digital twin model and validation with downhole sensors, we detected a significant injection pressure discrepancy, which led us to discover a damaged valve (Busted Bellow) that was causing overpressure in the injection annulus. ?? The Solution: Replacing the damaged valve resulted in: -A 23 BOPD increase in oil production (for now ?? ) -A reduction of 221 psi in injection pressure ?? -Optimization of the gas injection rate for more efficient production This success highlights the power of technology when applied with precision and solid technical expertise.     ?? Case Study 2: Gas Lock Potential Proactively identifying the efficiency of gas separation is essential for optimizing fluid lift to the surface. At ENERVIEW.AI, we specialize in pinpointing gas lock potential by analyzing three core indicators: Head System Deterioration, Turpin Factor, and Gas Volume Fraction. In late March, our advanced monitoring systems detected an increase in System Head Deterioration (yellow) in our ESP system. To rule out issues like mechanical wear or tubing leaks, we noted a significant rise in both Turpin Factor and Gas Volume Fraction (blue and purple lines, respectively – Zone 1). Thanks to Enerview's proactive and innovative approach, we adjusted the well head pressure (see Figure 2). This timely intervention led to a reduction in System Head Deterioration (yellow – Zone 2) and production was recovered to normal levels, demonstrating the effectiveness of our solutions.     At Enerview, we built a tool we wished we had when we worked at operators. Here is an example of our health check capabilities identifying a well with lots of upside in production. This ESP is currently operating at 52hz producing 2200 bbl/d with the ability to safely speed up inside its operating window to 65hz producing 3600 bbl/d! We do this by building a digital twin of the well using our proprietary physics based models that calculate where you're currently operating vs where you could be operating within the physical constraints of the system (such as horsepower limitations, operating in upthrust, pumping off, nameplate motor and VSD amps, etc). Our dynamic visuals make it easy to see where you're operating on the pump curves and motor curves, what your pump degradation is , and where you're producing on your IPR vs VLP curves.
