Michele Morales brings life cycle assessment (LCA) and technoeconomic analysis (TEA) expertise to Energetics, specializing in environmental impacts throughout the life cycle of a variety of materials in buildings, construction and mining processes. After achieving her PhD in engineering from Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil), she applied her skills at national labs and universities both in the U.S. and Brazil. She also holds a Master’s in civil engineering and a Bachelor’s in architecture and urbanism, both from Universidade do Vale do Rio dos Sinos (Unisinos) in Brazil. #LCA #TEA #LifeCycleAssessment #LifeCycleAnalysis #Sustainability

Rashad Jazairy brings to Energetics expertise in residential battery storage systems, accessibility technologies for automotive applications, and cost efficiency engineering in manufacturing technologies. His experience spans automotive and natural gas industries. He earned his MSc in assistive technology engineering from California State University, Long Beach and his BSc in mechanical engineering technology from the University of Houston. He also holds certifications in programming and product cost engineering. Rashad is supporting industrial decarbonization efforts at Energetics. #Decarbonization #Industry #Sustainability

Our very own Jason Greenblatt joins other transportation experts in a discussion on school bus electrification. The event takes place on the site of a vehicle-to-grid (V2G) pilot project—part of a larger set of programs fostering transportation electrification in California. Jason will present the results and modeling of the V2G effort and share insights with the community. San Diego Regional Clean Cities is hosting the event, on January 9 at 10 a.m. PST. California electric utilities have implemented various transportation electrification programs, authorized in 2018 by the California Public Utilities Commission. Energetics and Cadmus Group led a group in evaluating these programs, and our third evaluation report has now been published.
