Congrats to Nathan Cole, P.E. with Connect Structural Engineering, Inc. for winning ENERCALC's Retaining Wall LEGO Sculpture which is a functional bookend that can hold 3 Steel Manuals. The sculpture was custom designed and built by our in-house structural engineer and LEGO enthusiast Seth Roswurm, PE, SE. We typically raffle a cool LEGO sculpture at conferences, and Nathan was one of the two winners at our raffle during the Structural Engineers Association of Texas conference in Austin. -- If you are going to attend the American Institute of Steel Construction (Steel) conference in KY, you must stop by our booth as you might be the winner of the ENERCALC's Composite Steel Beam LEGO Sculpture!

?? The ENERCALC team and I had such a great time in Austin attending SEAoT. We showed off many of the upgrades and features in ENERCALC such as live load linking and ASCE 7-22 loads modules. And as a bonus, we showed off the ever growing ENERCALC For Revit (EFR) plugin ??. EFR is our point and click plugin that allows the engineer to perform design tasks directly from within the Revit environment ??? -- ?? One humbling fact about attending SEAoT is that I met multiple Texas engineers who have been using ENERCALC for more than 20 years ??

Whenever I travel to national events and meet our customers, one of the most frequent questions is "How big IS ENERCALC?". Sometimes they mean the size of our team, but more often they mean "How many other engineers use ENERCALC every day just like I do?". In 2024, the answer was about 65,000 average monthly users.
