EndoShunt Medical is a class II surgical device that empowers trauma surgeons with the ability to address the unspoken pandemic of uncontrolled abdominal bleeding. Their novel device empowers surgeons with the ability to create a temporary, targeted, size-adjustable shunt on the inside of the aorta, or IVC, to effectively address bleeding presurgery. Our key features, defined by trauma surgeons, ensure a patient’s blood flows to where it should without flowing out of where it shouldn’t – drastically decreasing the mortality & morbidity associated with current treatment alternatives.
