  • This International Women's Day, we’re shining a light on endometriosis—a disease that affects 1 in 10 women and individuals assigned female at birth, yet remains underdiagnosed and misunderstood. Women’s health deserves to be a global priority. It’s time to push for better research, education, and fight for the care and support every person with endo deserves. Today, and everyday, we celebrate the strength of those living with #endometriosis and advocate for a future where their voices are heard and their pain is taken seriously. #IWD2025

  • Big news for menstrual health in Virginia! Virginia lawmakers have unanimously passed House Bill 1918, directing the Virginia Department of Health to educate and train hospital staff and healthcare providers on disorders, including polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) and #endometriosis. Why does this matter? Endometriosis affects 1 in 10 women and individuals assigned female at birth, yet it takes an average of 7-10 years to receive a proper diagnosis. Many suffer in silence due to misinformation and lack of awareness in the medical community. This new training will help healthcare providers identify these disorders earlier and provide proper screenings, treatment, aftercare, and referrals—a crucial step toward ensuring that those with endometriosis and PCOS get the care they deserve. A huge win for menstrual health advocacy! #EndometriosisAwareness #pcosawareness Learn more about the bill: https://lnkd.in/gJBA3TTf

That’s why this #EndometriosisAwarenessMonth, we’re hoping to raise $30,000 for the future of endo care. Natalie’s story is just one of millions— and together, we can change the future of #endometrosis care. Donate today and be part of the movement: https://lnkd.in/g9eJkHCg
