The International Selection Panel (ISP) is the final step for entrepreneurs hoping to join the Endeavor network. To date, 2,600+ entrepreneurs have been selected from 45 countries. It is a core part of the Endeavor experience, bringing together panelists from across the network to connect with scaling entrepreneurs who have global ambitions. It’s a rigorous selection process, with less than 3% of applicants being chosen each year. Last week, Endeavor Ireland attended the 102nd ISP in Dubai, represented not only by the Endeavor Ireland team but also by Endeavor Ireland Board Members Tony Kilduff, Mark Roden, and Alan Foy. With first-hand experience as serial entrepreneurs and investors, Mark Roden and Tony Kilduff participated as panelists, working alongside global founders and leaders from the Endeavor network to evaluate candidates from diverse markets, including Portugal, Brazil, Indonesia, the US, and Uruguay. Tony Kilduff partnered with Dr Raoul Oberman, Endeavor Indonesia Board Member, while Mark Roden teamed up with Miguel Santo Amaro ????????????, co-founder and CEO of Coverflex. Beyond evaluation, each interview became an opportunity for mentorship, with panelists exchanging insights and feedback with the entrepreneurs. A huge thank you to our board members for sharing their knowledge and embodying Endeavor's "Pay it Forward" mentality. We are also thrilled to welcome 26 entrepreneurs from 15 companies to Endeavor’s high-impact network. Some of them include: ???? Airalo, an eSIM marketplace company led by Ahmet Bahadir Ozdemir, surpassed 10 million users shortly after closing a $60 million Series B round in 2023. ???? Gathern | ???? ??, Saudi Arabia’s leading peer-to-peer (P2P) vacation rental marketplace, led by Latifah Altamimi. ???? iSchool, an EdTech company led by Muhammad Gawish and Mustafa Abdelmoneim, backed by investors such as EdVentures, VentureWave Capital, and Oraseya Capital. These companies embody the diverse yet consistently high-impact businesses that continue to join Endeavor’s community. This morning, we gathered a small group of entrepreneurs for a discussion on building community-focused consumer brands as part of Endeavor's networking breakfast series. Hosted by Endeavor Entrepreneur Aimee Connolly, Founder & CEO of the iconic Sculpted by Aimee, the discussion brought together founders scaling consumer brands across food (Sprout & Co. and Bread 41), apparel?(BOLD GOLF.), e-commerce (Not On The High Street), and market research (Spark Foundry, part of Core). The group discussed how building an authentic brand fosters a strong community, sharing insights on the shift from high-production, big-budget campaigns to low-fi, behind-the-scenes, founder-led marketing that builds trust and deeper connections with customers. Last week, during Endeavor's 102nd International Selection Panel (ISP) in Dubai, 35 entrepreneurs from 18 countries pitched to be selected into the Endeavor network. A huge congratulations to Andrea and Ciaran who represented Ireland with flying colours ???? . Swoop is now the 12th company to join the Endeavor Ireland network, alongside Cubic Telecom, STRONG ROOTS, Wayflyer, Gym+Coffee, LearnUpon, XOCEAN, Keelvar, Thérapie Clinic, Sculpted by Aimee, Overhaul and Raylo. Founded in 2018, Swoop is a fintech marketplace, acting as a one-stop money shop for SMBs. Having started at home in Ireland, Swoop has expanded rapidly and now has live marketplaces in six countries - Canada, Australia, South Africa, the US, UK and Ireland. During the ISP, Andrea and Ciaran spoke to six panelists from across the global about their long term ambition for Swoop: Mohamad Ballout of Kitopi, ?????? Tiger Fang of Kargo, Andreas Stavropoulos of Threshold Ventures, Abdulmajeed Alsukhan of Tamara, Sergiu Negut of FintechOS, and Roshini Bakshi of Everstone. Endeavor has selected six founder-led companies?to participate in the second edition of its Northern Ireland Scale Up Programme, an initiative designed to accelerate the growth of high-potential entrepreneurs. Managing Director of Endeavor Ireland, Aileen Hayes, said; “We’re excited to launch a second Scale Up Programme for Northern Ireland, inspired by and building on the incredible talent we saw in our first cohort. At Endeavor, we’re committed to empowering high-impact entrepreneurs to scale their businesses and drive meaningful change across the island of Ireland. Northern Ireland’s entrepreneurial ecosystem continues to go from strength to strength, and this programme is designed to provide founders with the mentorship, strategic guidance, and global network needed to accelerate their growth.
