When it comes to customer service, Endeavor flight attendants are some of the best in the business. For the fifth month in a row, our flight attendants surpassed Endeavor’s target goals for Flight Attendant Interaction scores, the measure by which Delta customers rate their experience with the onboard crew. 17 Endeavor flight attendants were personally recognized earlier this year for their achievements in customer service. The First Class Flight Attendant program is an exclusive recognition program that celebrates those flight attendants who have risen to the top among their peers in each crew base. The honorees represent the top 1% of flight attendants in each base who have earned the highest count of perfect Flight Attendant Interaction scores over the course of a year. Earlier this week, Endeavor Air participated in The Aviation Challenge, flying a sustainable roundtrip flight from MSP to CVG. The challenge is a friendly competition among airlines to find the most sustainable way to operate a trip. Endeavor succeeded by: ?? Using compostable cups and utensils ?? Reduced over provisioning ?? Recycled onboard ?? Taxied on a single engine ?? Had ground crews use electric tugs and baggage carts at the gate. Flexin' for a good cause?? We were proud to host the 2024 MSP Plane Pull this past weekend. Teams of eight competed to see who could pull an Endeavor jet down the tarmac the fastest, with all proceeds going toward the athletes of Special Olympics Minnesota. Endeavor Air Base Spotlight: NYC?? Roughly 12.5 miles apart in the most populated city of the United States are two extremely capable maintenance line operations at New York’s airports – John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and LaGuardia Airport (LGA). Maxwell O’Connor, JFK Base Manager, and Marios Michael, LGA Base Manager, lead the two maintenance bases, bringing a combined 50+ years of experience in the aviation industry to their roles.
