    If you want to write a clienteling message that converts, here’s my favorite strategy: Start with just ONE customer. Someone you have a real connection with. Write that perfect one-to-one message like you’re writing to a friend. ? "Get ready to elevate your style with our new spring collection! Enjoy up to 20% off…" ? "Sarah - saw this dress from our new line and thought of you! Perfect for that beach wedding you mentioned. Want me to set it aside for you?" After you have a super personal message, then and only then should you adapt it for a bigger audience. Most store teams do this backwards. They think about a message that will apply to all of their clients. It ends up being a generic message that most people ignore. The winning formula: 1. Start with a personal 1:1 message 2. Make it work for a larger audience 3. Save your top performing messages as templates The result?
