Many of you that I've met on this platform are 40+ and underemployed, and/or looking for work. Or maybe employed, and concerned that #ageism may affect your continued employment. And what I've learned is that there is very little data available that we can share with policymakers to influence them to strengthen workplace age discrimination laws or to invest more in upskilling and reskilling older workers. So I'm thrilled that CWI Labs, on whose board I serve, is launching this Age Inclusion in the Workforce Survey, which will give us data to make meaningful policy change. Can I ask you to take the survey (it's about 10 minutes), and also SHARE it so that we can hear from many voices?
