Tim brings over 30 years of experience in financial leadership and strategic planning to ENTRUST.?Prior to joining ENTRUST, Tim was the CFO at TranSystems, a Sentinel Capital Partners portfolio company, where he played a critical role in driving financial success and operational efficiency.? Before that, Tim spent over six years as CFO at Kaufman Hall, a Madison Dearborn Partners portfolio company, where he oversaw the financial and accounting practices of the company, including financial planning and analysis, budgeting, cash management, investments, insurance and real estate affairs, audit coordination, taxes, and employee health and savings benefits.?Prior to Kaufman Hall, Tim worked for Nielsen for more than a decade in a variety of senior financial leadership roles.

Tim holds an MBA in Finance, Marketing, and Strategy from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University. His diverse educational background provides a strong foundation for his strategic approach to financial management and leadership.?Outside of work, Tim and his wife, Kendra, enjoy spending family time together with their four daughters.
