In 2015, Enclos partnered with Cuesta Construction on the creation of the Louis Vuitton boutique at Fashion Island, Newport Beach, CA — a project that exemplifies the art of delivering beauty and precision on a boutique scale. With only 3,600 sq ft of facade area, this project demonstrates our ability to tackle complex and specialty designs, no matter the size. The aluminum panels feature an intricate tongue and groove edge detail, are anodized and screen-printed, and seamlessly showcase the iconic Louis Vuitton insignia. Enclos also crafted and installed stainless steel window surrounds to complement the elegant aesthetic. This boutique, an expansion to Neiman Marcus, remains a shining example of how Enclos’ expertise translates to projects of all scales and complexities. As the third busiest airport in the U.S. and sixth busiest globally, Denver International Airport (DEN) is preparing for a future of increased travel demand. Through its Vision 100 strategic plan, DEN is expanding Concourses A and B to boost capacity by 30% over the next decade. Enclos played a pivotal role in this ambitious project, meeting an aggressive schedule by reimagining the facade system. We transitioned from a field-assembled stick system to a prefabricated unitized system, ensuring quality and speed while seamlessly integrating with the airport’s iconic design. Key highlights: ?? Concourse A: 155,000 square feet of curtainwall, including 488 units averaging 34 feet tall. ?? Concourse B: 39,000 square feet of curtainwall in a design echoing Concourse A. ?? A breathtaking 130-foot-wide point-supported glass balcony windscreen with views of the Rocky Mountains.
