Like so many in our industry, many of our employees joined the team because of a personal connection to and appreciation for home care. We are grateful for the caregivers who have touched our lives and want to give back. Each year, we take the month of November, and in particular November 13th, to recognize the family and professional caregivers for their compassionate work. Thank you, caregivers! You truly make a difference every day.

?? An open door policy is not enough. If you're not sure why your caregivers aren't communicating with you, usually the reason is that you're not inviting them to. Beyond an open door, your caregivers need a reason to connect with you, and it needs to be as frictionless as possible.
