Like mother, like daughter! Michelle started her career in natural gas as the only woman in her department—now as a Lead Leak Survey Technician at Enbridge Gas Utah, she leads a team that includes women, paving the way for future generations. Her daughter, Asia, grew up inspired by her mother’s career path and followed in her footsteps, now working in Cathodic Protection out of our Salt Lake City office to mitigate pipeline corrosion and maximize longevity. She is so proud of her mother and looks forward to the growth that both of their futures hold. On #IWD2025, we celebrate trailblazers like Michelle and the next generation of women in energy like Asia.

One of our many talented teams is breaking ground in the solar energy industry at Orange Grove Solar in Texas—our first solar project to go from development to operation. The many women on this team, including Donna, senior project manager, demonstrate how women are playing a pivotal role in the future of renewable energy. This #IWD2025, we celebrate Donna, and all the women working to build Orange Grove Solar. “What we’re doing at Orange Grove is a catalyst for progress at Enbridge for years to come,” says Donna.
