?? Alicia's journey started in South Bend, and her passion for community impact has only grown. Raised in the heart of Michiana, Alicia always knew she wanted to help others. Initially drawn to medicine, she quickly realized her true calling was in nonprofit work. Through internships with Girls on the Run Michiana and the Studebaker National Museum, she gained a deeper appreciation for the organizations shaping the region. Now at enFocus, Alicia sees firsthand how collaboration fuels progress. To her, it’s not just about big ideas—it’s about lifting each other up, supporting local entrepreneurs, and strengthening the community we all call home.
