Turning Point Life Skills program is dedicated to offering skills for independent living, communication, and confidence to adults 18+ with Autism Spectrum Disorder and/or ADHD that need additional support as they age out of services or at any point in their life. Adults will be matched with a skilled QMHP that will support their individual and unique needs. Areas of focus are included below, and are not all-inclusive as we are also happy to work with adults that are neurotypical but may have the same needs. Sessions are intended to be in-person but if the client or family prefers, some telehealth support is also available. ?Communication skills to peers, adults, or employers ?Time Management, Organization, or Budgeting to support independence ?Coping skills and stress management ?Social skills and appropriate social behaviors with peers, adults, or employers ?Digital and/or financial literacy ??
