EMS of Virginia attended an open house hosted at Serenity Counseling Services of Virginia’s new Crisis Stabilization Unit in southside Richmond, which will hold 10 beds for men and women in mental health crisis. The food was delicious, company was wonderful, and the atmosphere was full of love.
