We were honored to host the KU Women in Finance group at Emprise Bank, where Abby, D’Ron, and Alejandro from our People and Culture team shared insights about our culture, mission, values, and career opportunities. With a special guest appearance from Mike Michaelis, students had the chance to learn about the many paths a career in finance can take. A highlight of the event was an empowering panel Q&A session featuring Loren Fiegel, Jill Garcia, Ariel Rivera, and Clare Garcia—four remarkable women in finance who offered advice on career growth, standing out to employers, and managing stress in a fast-paced industry.
