We support our families, our industry, and the world through giving back to worthy causes. Today, we’re celebrating the impact we’ve had on each other, and I have a massive announcement to make!!! ?? Every year, the The Wall Street Journal, in partnership with RealTrends, publishes the rankings of all real estate teams across all brokerages. Last year, during one of the toughest years in real estate history, we were ranked 12th. ?But this year, I'm thrilled to announce that EmpowerHome is the number 5 TEAM in ALL of America ACROSS ALL Brokerages! Even more impressive, we are number 1 in Per-Agent Productivity!!! BOOM!!! ?? This means we took MASSIVE MARKET SHARE, achieving an incredible rate of 22 sales per agent, compared to the industry average of less than 1.8 families per agent. This accomplishment is HUGE!!! We moved from number 12 to number 5 during the largest decline in real estate sales ever. We didn't give up; we persevered, improved our skills, supported each other, and ensured our impact story continued. I want to give a huge round of applause to my Team Family. ??Each of you has made a tremendous impact on each other and continues to do so. Be proud of what we've achieved: the number 5 Team in the World ??, with Number 1 Per-Agent Productivity!!!! This success is a testament to our Core Values: Integrity, Coachability, Results-Oriented, Positive Attitude, Commitment, and 2nd-Mile Service to our clients. ?? We served over 2,000 families across just 10 locations, while the top 50 mega teams averaged over 60 locations. Our incredible results and dedication set us apart. ??Also, as a proud mom, I'm thrilled that my daughters, Olivia and Kaitlyn, and ALL young girls can see that they can achieve their dreams. Out of the Top 12 Teams, we are the ONLY Female-Led Team. This is significant in an industry where 70% of the Top Teams are male-led. I want my girls to see that they can be in any room and accomplish their dreams by partnering with amazing people. We are not only the NUMBER 1 Team in per-agent productivity but also the only Female-Led Team in the Top 12, having jumped seven spots in the hardest year in real estate. I am incredibly proud and honored to partner with each of our AMAZING Team Family in making such a profound impact. ????
