How you might be thinking you should talk to enterprise clients about AI: - Silently install AI tools - Avoid mentioning AI capabilities - Wait for them to ask about AI How you actually talk to enterprise clients about AI: - Be transparent about AI integration - Highlight AI-driven results and efficiency - Educate on benefits and ethical use Transparency is good, and trust is better. Make clients WANT to collaborate using AI. (We are meanies and have a clause in our SOWs that if the client prefers to NOT use AI on a task that should use AI, we charge an admin fee--it's simply too damning to our workflow to, for example, take notes by hand.)
