This phrase has been coming up around me so much over last few weeks. I am noticing it more around me and finally seeing it in me too. I have been looking at where I’m going and how far I’ve come and I’m stepping into new expansion too. I’ve been taking the steps and I’m leveling up too!! Motivation Monday… A young boy bought this magnet I made for his Mom last week. Thinking of this boy still makes me smile ??. He wanted to buy her a gift and this spoke to him because she is so honest and has such integrity. I honestly was so impressed he knew what integrity was at his age. ?? What does integrity mean to you? For me it’s workability (like a car with 4 tires… a car with only 3 lacks integrity) and doing the right thing even when no one’s looking. What’s one thing you can do today to improve your integrity? Happy Monday everyone!

I teach this all the time and sometimes I forget to do it. I teach my clients to schedule everything that's important to you... sleep, working out, meditation (if that's important to you and I recommend it ??), family time, date nights, sales calls... you get the picture. I schedule them to ensure they happen and that time doesn't get away from me. Well... my friends and I are obsessed with Jamie Kern Lima's book Worthy and one of the bonuses with the book is a call with Jamie and Ed Mylett. I had been looking forward to it and it was finally announced. I saw it, got excited for it and didn't put on my calendar. I certainly wouldn't forget. And you can probably guess what happened. I was busy working and looked up to see the time... I just missed it!
