Meet Damon, a superstar in sports employment in Cleveland! He’s a familiar face at?Progressive Field?(Cleveland Guardians), Huntington Bank Field (Cleveland Browns),?Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse?(Cleveland Cavaliers,?Cleveland Monsters, and?Cleveland Charge) juggling events from baseball to concerts like a pro. Damon's secret? Organization! He’s often found working at two venues in one day, always early and ready to spread joy. His boss, Steve from the Guardians, says Damon brightens everyone’s day with his friendly greetings and fun knuckle bumps. Fans love him for making their experience special! After years in a factory, Damon finally found his passion in sports, gaining independence along the way. He even took his first solo vacation to Las Vegas last summer!
