Artificial intelligence is changing the practice of law. Legal AI tools can help lawyers automate manual processes and work more efficiently, but as AI technology continues to evolve, legal professionals need to understand how to balance the benefits with the potential risks and ethical questions of AI in law and legal practice. To educate lawyers on what they have to gain from using AI – and the questions they should be asking before risking it all – we hosted 'The Truth About AI for Law.' In a conversation with Erin Perugini, Bobby Puglia shared his insights on how AI is transforming law and spoke to Bloomberg Law's unique approach to developing and using AI that is built for lawyers, by lawyers. While it may have shifted, the war for #Talent hasn’t ended as told by an expert panel at the Thomson Reuters Institute’s 23rd Annual Law Firm COO & CFO Forum, and compared to where firms were a few years ago, they are making progress when it comes to finding answers: https://ow.ly/y7PE50TW66L Bryce Engelland #LawFirmTalent #TRIC224 #TRInstitute

Our Co-founder and Partner Scott Yaccarino tells The American Lawyer why top law firms are being more transparent about business expectations for their equity partners, a development which he considers a natural evolution of the broader legal services market. "We are seeing a trend of firm management being more transparent when it comes to expectations at the equity partner level, whether that relates to an hours target or whether it relates to originations targets . . . It's the firms' way of basically saying, 'If you are not actively participating in the growth that the firm is experiencing, you're not going to share in that in the same way you might have historically.'" #lawfirms #lawfirmleadership #lawfirmlife #biglaw #legalindustry #legalcareers #lawcareers #legalrecruitment Andrew Maloney
