After a flourishing year for many partners, some major law firms are taking new approaches to increasing partner pay. Our Co-founder and Partner Scott Yaccarino shares his thoughts in The American Lawyer’s recent article on the subject: “While all partners are happy to be making more than they made the year before, many are frustrated at staying flat from an equity standpoint. . .
