Health is a fundamental human right. We are in pursuit of health and equity for all.
关于我们
We are on a collaborative journey to dismantle persistent health inequities in the Inland NW by supporting community power building and grassroots advocacy. Empire Health Foundation is a private health conversion foundation formed in 2008 through the sale of Deaconess and Valley Medical, a nonprofit hospital system in Spokane, Washington. We invest in ideas and organizations that improve access, education, research and policy to result in a measurably healthier region.

Join us in celebrating Kaitlin Erickson's 2-year work anniversary with EHF. Kaitlin's favorite part about working at EHF is: "The people --- both the people within our organization that I have the privilege of working with, and the people within the communities we serve. We are blessed to have some amazing community members doing remarkable work to serve those most impacted. These people are all the reason that I love what I do, and I am so grateful to be working for EHF." Outside of work Kaitlin loves spending time with her family and friends. "My husband and I have a three-year old son, and two dogs," Kaitlin said. "We enjoy getting outdoors, hiking, biking and spending time at the lake in the summers."
