Finn is an experienced professional who has worked in a variety of nonprofit and government organizations. He started his procurement career working for the NYC Mayors Office of Contract Services. He has considerable experience in supporting procurement teams throughout the contracting process, managing pilot contracts, and providing educational materials and support to new hires and business contacts. At the Empire APEX Accelerator, Finn is the go-to counselor for all questions SBIR/STTR. He also has extensive knowledge of the proposal review process because of his past experience and has given presentations on how to write compelling and compliant proposal. In addition to his counseling duties, Finn runs our website and oversees our social media pages.
