We are proud to announce that Emler Swim School and partner brand Saint Street Swim placed NUMBER TWO in the Houston Business Journal "Best?Places To?Work" awards! Congratulations to our Houston schools for creating such a wonderful place to not only receive the best swim lessons, but also making it a great place to work! Manager Spotlight! ? Lily Allen, the Operations Manager of Emler Swim School of Central Frisco-McKinney. ?? Lily’s favorite part about working at Emler: “I love working at Emler because there's so many opportunities to build up our swimmer's confidence in and out of the water. It's so special to have one of your students go from being anxious and scared of the water to swimming by themselves. It's even more special knowing that my student trusts me to keep them safe, and encourage them. My favorite thing to hear is "Ms. Lily, can I try it by myself? ?? Lily’s favorite childhood memories: “I was born in California, moved to Texas when I was very little, and grew up in Frisco. I trained professionally as a dancer, studying at Booker T. Washington HSPVA, and University of the Arts. I was a dancer my entire life!” We love having you on the team, Lily! #EmlerSwimSchool #BestJobEver

Manager Spotlight! ? Meet Elizabeth Brock, the Operations Manager of Emler Swim School of Preston Forest in Dallas, Texas. ?? Why Elizabeth loves working with kids: “I love seeing how excited the kids are when they learn a new skill! I always feel so proud knowing they have more confidence in the water and are learning safety skills for life.” ??? Manager Spotlight! ? Meet Taylor Stanfield, the Operations Manager of Emler Swim School of Colorado - Briargate. ?? How Taylor became a swimmer: “I grew up playing softball but always had a love for the water. My best friend was a competitive swimmer and helped me become the confident swimmer I am today.” ?? Why Taylor loves working with Emler students: “I love working with kids– I love watching their confidence and skills improve on a regular basis. Manager Spotlight! ?? Meet Alaina Peterson, the Operations Manager of Emler Swim School of Austin - Cedar Park. ?? Why Alaina loves working with kids: “I love working with kids because it's rewarding. I love being able to help the kids learn new skills and watch them become excited about knowing how to do it on their own.“ ??? What Alaina is up to outside of Emler: “I grew up in Keller, Texas and just graduated with my Associate of Biology from ACC. Emler Swim School is thrilled to partner with Every Child A Swimmer to provide swim lessons to families in need. We love seeing how proud the swimmers look so proud during their lessons! Manager Spotlight! ?? Meet Justin Ortiz, the General Manager of Emler Swim School of Austin - Oak Hill. Born in Puerto Rico and raised in Texas, Justin has been part of our Emler family since last November. ?? What Justin loves about working at Emler: “The best part about working at Emler is watching new students blossom into confident and safe swimmers!” ?? What makes Justin a great General Manager: “I think what makes me a great general manager is having an absolute focus on the morale of my staff.
