Savannah and our team loved making parts for iCan Shine. iCan Shine adapts bicycles with components that enable 86% (!) of kids and young adults with special needs to learn to ride bicycles during a one-week camp. Jackson helped us organize literally hundreds of different types of hardware this month in some fresh new shelving and bins. ??

Geometry everywhere. Pictured is an example of a "skeleton" produced after we picked out our customer's parts cut out by the laser. We then sort these skeletons by metal type into oversized recycling bins. Our friends at Iron and Metals, Inc. bring their massive trucks to collect this valuable scrap material and get it ready to be melted down and reused.

Each year we install hundreds of unique types of hardware into our customers' parts. Today, Trong installed PEM hardware in medical office electrical plates.

The laser is a workhorse in precision-cutting parts for our customers. With automated sheet loading and unloading, EMJD can support both small and high-quality production.

We love our new TRUMPF TruBend 7036. EMJD now operates three Trumpf precision press brakes to make parts faster and better for our customers.

Meet Tahlon! Tahlon joined the EMJD team just over six months ago and has quickly learned the essential tools and equipment in our finishing department. Most parts EMJD fabricates need to be deburred, sanded, tumbled, and/or oscillated, and we are grateful for the great team that makes it happen.
