In the 2022 article from Nature Materials, researchers from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, Takeda, Imperial College London, and MILLENNIUM PHARMACEUTICALS, INC. highlight how they utilized 3D Cryo-Fluorescence Tomography (CFT) to visualize the biodistribution of LND- or liposome-CDNs 4h post-administration.
