I’m beyond excited to share the success of the first-ever Emily Blair Media, LLC Career Development Summit, which I had the pleasure of planning from start to finish. With over 80 attendees, this event was a true labor of love, and I couldn’t be prouder of how it turned out! As a #HumanResources professional, helping others reach their full potential is at the heart of what I do. Hearing the inspiring feedback from attendees—who left feeling more motivated and driven in their careers—was the most rewarding part of it all. Of course, none of this would have been possible without the incredible team that helped bring this vision to life. Collaborating with such a talented group made the process not only smooth but also a true joy. A huge shoutout to our incredible summit task force- Caitlyn Fruehauf, Antonia Fuller, Haley Josephson, Nicole Pila, & Emily Marcus! Connecting with our attendees and learning from our speakers was an experience I will truly never forget!! Behind the Scenes of the Campaigns You’ve Seen: A fascinating discussion on how the magic happens from concept to execution, showing the intricacies that go into successful marketing campaigns. ? Beauty Basics and Fashion Foundations: An eye-opening look into the fundamental elements that build iconic beauty and fashion brands, with insights from industry leaders who are shaping trends. ? The Proof is in the Podcasting: This panel explored the booming podcast industry and how this unique medium is transforming the way we consume content and build authentic connections. What I loved most was the opportunity to continuously learn, grow, and network with some of the brightest minds in the industry. Each conversation sparked new ideas and reinforced my passion for creativity, brand strategy, and authentic partnerships. I left feeling incredibly inspired and excited to apply these new insights to my work. I cheerily share with my network that I completed my first month at Emily Blair Media, LLC! Back in August, I accepted a position as the company’s UK Account Coordinator, working under the immaculate guidance of Chloé Janssen and Emily Marcus.
