We’re hiring! Elite Management Group is looking for a hard-working, and detailed-oriented individual who will undertake a variety of office support tasks. This person will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail. Duties will include assisting leadership with database management and customer related responsibilities. Responsibilities Customer Service Specialist: · Create onboarding database and spreadsheets for new clients. · Adjust database on an as-needed basis. · Maintain product knowledge to support current/new clients. · Import, test, and adjust database for new clients. · Assist in the creation or updates of necessary documents. · Attend and serve as a team member for tradeshows and conventions. · Assist in setting up demo appointments. Qualifications / Skills: · Proficient in Microsoft Office Products, especially Excel. · Understanding of database design and management. · Excellent time management, organizational & communication skills; detail-oriented and proactive. · Demonstrated ability to work independently on multiple projects and work collaboratively within a team with the ability to multitask and prioritize projects based on deadlines.
