Grace Espindola is the CEO and Principal Owner of Espindola Management Group (EMG). Grace has more than 40 years of experience in public, private and nonprofit sectors in Leadership and Coaching, Agriculture Industry and water issues, strategic planning, Latino Strategist, Public Affairs and Political Strategist, education, marketing, grantmaking, professional development, public policy, and community engagement.
Grace was the first Mexican-American immigrant to be elected to the City of Yuba City Council, Term 2018-2022. She was named Congressman Garamendi’s District 3 Woman of the Year in 2015. Grace was awarded the Outstanding Leadership Award in 2013-14 and in 2013 as the first Latina elected to State President of the California Association of Supervisors Child Welfare & Attendance. Grace has a Master’s in Social Work from University of Southern California, the Suzanne Dworak-Peck School of Social Work, with a focus on Social Change and Innovation. She also has a Bachelor’s in Science from University of Phoenix in Business Administration and minor in Management.
