This 39-story mixed-use development includes 600+ hotel guest rooms & residences, with the top four floors dedicated to 31 luxurious condominiums. It offers 45,000sf of world-class amenities, including a 15,000sf convention area, a 10,000sf signature restaurant, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and even a rooftop helipad.
