Did you know – The EMCID Board of Directors approved selling some land in the EMC Industrial Park to the Montgomery County Precinct 4 Commissioner Matt Gray’s Office for them to build a Materials Storage Building. Did you know – EMCID provides funding for extra patrols during the holiday season with the Safe Shopper Program with the Montgomery County Precinct 4 Constable's Office. This year’s program runs Nov. 15-Jan. 15, 2025. Did you know – EMCID recruited New Caney Beverage to open a location in the EMC Industrial Park which opened in 2021. New Caney Beverage makes the energy drink, Patria, and provides canning operations for many beverage companies. Did you know – Woodmark was the second business to open in the East Montgomery County Industrial Park and specializes in architectural millwork, architectural finishing, casework, and light metal fabrication.
