Michael Groves (President & Senior Principal) and Brian Foucht (Principal Planner), join members of the Sand City City Council on a tour of the Marriott Hotel construction site which is part of the South of Tioga Redevelopment Project. EMC Planning Group assisted the City with preparation of the environmental impact report (EIR) for the project, and all of the necessary entitlement documents for City Council to approve the project. Along with other City departments, our firm is currently monitoring implementation, the mitigations, and conditional of approval.
