The founders and business professors who judged the competition were blown away by the presentation, which got them excited about the future of learning! Hey everyone! Exciting update for you all ?? We're now working on Classmate, an AI tutor built to support student-teacher relationships in high school and college classrooms everywhere. We think classroom-oriented personal tutoring will eventually supercharge every student's learning trajectory, and we're grateful for the opportunity to work on shaping that tutoring system. Here's our idea of Classmate so far: - It represents a teacher's understanding of a course. Its trained on the materials they provide, and fine-tuned over time by teachers to represent their curriculums the way they think is best. - It uses its tutoring sessions with students to understand student strengths and weaknesses, and uses that knowledge to help students and teachers adapt and succeed. - It hosts interactive activities, like essay writing workshops, based on training from teachers. It amplifies and scales their skill in teaching concepts like reading comprehension, writing, and more technical problem-solving.
